Compensation for Holidays Full-Time. When any full-time employee works on one of the designated holidays defined in this Article or is on a day off, he/she shall be allowed, operational requirements permitting, within the following ninety (90) day period, the equivalent time off with pay at a time selected by the employee. A minimum of seventy-two (72) hours advanced notice shall be required when requesting statutory holidays.
