Compensation for Music Assignments. It is understood that Teachers of performing groups have their students participating in various festivals and large-group contests, and that these Teachers must accompany students to them outside the school day. A Teacher may apply for a stipend, provided his/her time is required for a minimum of 3 hours outside the contracted day. Note: Each Teacher must apply for each stipend for which he/she qualifies.
