Compensation for Work on Paid Holidays not Regularly Scheduled. For hours worked on a holiday when the employee was not regularly scheduled to work, he/she shall be paid in addition to the normal day's pay at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) his/her regular hourly rate.
