Compensation Plan Calculations. All calculations within the Paparazzi Compensation Plan (qualification and bonus calculations) are based off of the Personal or Product Volume (PV) accumulated within such account or organization. This includes all ranks, commissions, bonuses, rebates, promotions, or any other form of rewards offered by Paparazzi within or outside of the Paparazzi Compensation Plan. Paparazzi Compensation Plan is audited monthly in an attempt to ensure accuracy. Any errors that are discovered are to be reported to Paparazzi Support within 30 days of the publication of the commission run. Xxxxxxxxx has no responsibility in relation to any issues that are not reported within that 30 day period. Paparazzi does all due diligence to ensure accuracy in all calculations and payouts.

Zapple Compensation Plan is audited monthly in an attempt to ensure accuracy. Any errors that are discovered are to be reported to Distributor Support within 30 days of the publication of the Commission run. Zapple has no responsibility in relation to any issues that are not reported within that 30 day period. Zapple does all due diligence to ensure accuracy in all calculations and payouts.

This includes all ranks, status, commissions, bonuses, promotions, or any other form of rewards offered by Aviva within or outside of the Aviva Compensation Plan. Aviva Compensation Plan is audited monthly in an attempt to ensure accuracy. Any errors that are discovered are to be reported to Stylist Support within 30 days of the publication of the Commission run. Aviva has no responsibility in relation to any issues that are not reported within that 30 day period. Aviva does all due diligence to ensure accuracy in all calculations and payments.

  • Compensation Rates Each of the compensation rates to be paid by Buyer to Seller for Product delivered under this Agreement as set forth below shall be populated with the values as selected by Buyer in accordance with Appendix XIV. The Compensation Rates are as follows:

  • Call Back Compensation (a) Call back is an occasion where an employee has been released from duty and is called back to work prior to his/her normal starting time. On such occasions, the employee’s scheduled or recognized shift shall be made available for work, except that the Agency shall not be obligated to work the employee more than twelve (12) consecutive hours and the employee may choose not to work more than twelve (12) consecutive hours, excluding meal periods, of combined call back time and regular shift time.

  • COMPENSATION ANALYSIS After the expiration of the second (2nd) Renewal Term of this Agreement, if any, a Compensation Analysis may be performed. At such time, based on the reported Total Gross Revenue, performance of the Concession, and/or Department’s existing rates for similarly- performing operations, Department may choose to increase the Concession Payment for the following Renewal Term(s), if any.

  • Financial Services Compensation Scheme We are a participant in the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (the “FSCS”). As a retail client you may be eligible to claim compensation from the FSCS in certain circumstances if we, any approved bank, our nominee company or eligible custodian are in default.   • Callback Compensation (a) An Employee who is called back to work and who reports for work shall be compensated for a minimum of four (4) hours at the straight time rate for the period worked, or at the applicable overtime rate, whichever is greater. The minimum guarantee of four (4) hours pay at the straight time rate shall apply only once during each eight (8) consecutive hours on standby.
