COMPETITIVE MARKETING RESTRICTIONS. 3.1 The Marketing Partner shall not promote the Site(s) in any manner which results in the Marketing Partner competing with a member of the IG Group in relation to the promotion of Site(s), such as by cost per impression advertising, unless otherwise approved by IG or a member of the IG Group in writing.

  • Geographic Restrictions The owner of the Website is based in the State of New York in the United States. We provide this Website for use only by persons located in the United States, and it may only be available to people located in the United States. We make no claims that the Website or any of its content is available or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries.

  • Competitive Supplier The competitive supplier will provide power for the aggregation, provide customer support including staffing a toll-free number for customer questions, and fulfill other responsibilities as detailed in the Competitive Electric Service Agreement.

  • Competitive Terms 22.4.1 If the Contracting Body is able to obtain from any Sub-Contractor or any other third party more favourable commercial terms with respect to the supply of any materials, equipment, software, goods or services used by the Supplier or the Supplier Personnel in the supply of the Goods and/or Services, then the Authority may:
