Complaint mechanism. 1. The Fund Operator shall establish a complaint mechanism, including the setting up of a Complaints Committee, which shall be capable of effectively processing and deciding on complaints about suspected non-compliance with the principles of good governance in relation to the implementation of the Programme. The Fund Operator shall, upon request by the FMO, examine complaints received by the FMO. The Fund Operator shall inform the FMO, upon request, of the results of those examinations. 2.
