Complaints Made Against a Bargaining Unit Member. ‌ Any complaint regarding a bargaining unit member made to his/her supervisor or other person in authority above him/her by a parent, student, or other person which may influence that bargaining unit member’s evaluation or which may result in disciplinary action shall be discussed with that bargaining unit member within ten (10) working days (working days shall be defined as teacher work days), according to the following process:
