Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel. It is understood and agreed that there are times when non-bargaining unit employees may be required to perform work customarily performed by bargaining unit employees. It is also understood that Supervisors and others will be required to work with tools only to meet requirements under the conditions listed below. Therefore, the Company shall have the right to utilize non-bargaining unit employees under one or more of the following conditions:
(1) For instruction and training purposes.
(2) For tests, evaluation and/or experimentation purposes.
(3) In emergencies as defined by the Company at its sole discretion provided such actions do not result in a layoff or reduction in force. Where practical, the Company will notify the applicable xxxxxxx in advance of the utilization or otherwise notify by email the applicable Union Xxxxxxx within a reasonable amount of time after the utilization.
(4) As required to assist in working a malfunction/discrepancy on a scheduled aircraft that must be corrected expeditiously in order to successfully launch the aircraft when bargaining unit employees with the necessary skills are not immediately available. Where practical, the Company will notify the applicable xxxxxxx in advance of the utilization or otherwise notify by email the applicable Union Xxxxxxx within a reasonable amount of time after the utilization.
(5) In limited circumstances where the satisfaction if the Company’s obligation and responsibilities as a contractor may be jeopardized, when bargaining unit employee’s with the necessary skills are not immediately available. Where practical, the Company will notify the applicable xxxxxxx in advance of the utilization or otherwise notify by email the applicable Union Xxxxxxx within a reasonable amount of time after the utilization.
(6) When an employee fails to report to work and other qualified employees are not available. Where practical, the Company will notify the applicable xxxxxxx in advance of the utilization or otherwise notify by email the applicable Union Xxxxxxx within a reasonable amount of time after the utilization.
(7) Customer Flying Crew (FCC) personnel initial or proficiency training requirements.
(8) Third party technicians by the Company or other technicians provided by the Customer that will not result in a layoff or reduction in force.
Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel. Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel may continue to perform bargaining unit work which is incidental to their jobs. However, they may perform bargaining unit work in emergency situations and where such work is necessary to train a bargaining unit employee. Such work by said personnel shall not cause a reduction in overtime opportunities for, any layoffs of bargaining unit employees
Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel. Supervisory personnel and other employees of the Employer not included in the bargaining unit represented by the Union may perform any work, including work ordinarily done by members of the bargaining unit represented by the Union to the extent and type as performed in the past.
Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel. Non-bargaining unit personnel shall not be regularly assigned to perform the work of the bargaining unit. However, nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent such personnel from performing unit work in the case of emergencies and/or in the instruction of bargaining unit members in their work or in the discharge of any back-up responsibilities required by the terms of this Agreement.
Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel. 35.1. The Employer reserves the right to hire persons to perform bargaining unit work on a temporary basis. They shall not be covered by the terms of this Agreement.
35.2. The supervisors and other non-bargaining unit personnel may perform bargaining unit work at any time.
35.3. The Employer reserves the right to hire irregular part-time employees to perform bargaining unit work. They shall not be covered by the terms of this Agreement.

Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel. It is understood by the parties that non-bargaining unit personnel may continue to perform bargaining unit work, provided it does not cause a layoff.
Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel. In the event of short notice, additional assignments may be filled with the first available officer, bargaining unit employees or non-bargaining unit personnel.
Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel. The Company agrees that except as otherwise permitted in this agreement, personnel of the Company for whom the Union is not by Article III hereof recognized as the bargaining agent, will not perform production work normally done by its employees covered by this agreement, if by doing so, present employees would suffer loss of regularly scheduled working time, except when necessitated by their managerial or other duties, such as:
(a) instruction or training;
(b) in the performance of work: during emergencies or during a line start-up; or for the purpose of investigating a line, inspection, experimentation, development and/or obtaining information; when production or equipment difficulties are encountered;
(c) during periods when regular employees are absent.
Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel. Non-bargaining unit employees will not be assigned bargaining unit work where it would cause the layoff of a bargaining unit employee, or where it would delay the announcement of an approved, funded vacant position in the bargaining unit, as authorized by the County Board of Commissioners.
