  • CARE OF THE PROPERTY If Lender requests, I will provide Lender with a certified report that the Property is free of wood-boring insects. I will comply with all of the reasonable recommendations of any engineer making a report for the Property. I will notify Lender promptly of any fire or other casualty relating to the Property or the Work.

  • ENGAGEMENT OF THE PROVIDER The OAG engages the Provider to perform services as specified in this Agreement. All services are to be performed solely by the Provider and may not be subcontracted or assigned without prior written consent of the OAG. The consent of the OAG does not vest any rights in the subcontractor or create any obligation on behalf of the OAG to the subcontractor.   • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:
