Completes CAT. If there are no safety issues, risk level is low to medium, and family does not require agency supervision then the Social Worker closes the referral and the community partner takes lead in case planning. If there are risk issues, Social Worker can provide 30 days of ER services, open a voluntary case, file petition in court.
