Completion of Diligence. Buyer shall have delivered Parent written notice of completion of its due diligence (except as otherwise set forth in such notice to Parent) not later than June 30, 2008, provided that the delivery of such notice shall not waive Buyer's right to continue to monitor the Business, to obtain access as provided in Section 8.1(b), or to continue to perform due diligence as to any matters or events identified in such notice or arising on or after the date thereof.
