Schedules to the Agreement. The Seller shall have delivered updated Schedules to this Agreement such that all Schedules to this Agreement are true, correct and complete as of the Closing Time;

Schedules to the Agreement. 26. It is agreed between the Municipality and the Purchaser that by executing this Agreement, Schedules “B”, “C”, and “D”, and the terms, conditions and covenants contained therein shall survive the closing of this transaction and shall run with the Property:
a) the Site Development and Building Standards for the Park contained in Schedule “B”;
b) the Site Development Proposal contained in Schedule “C”; and
c) the Buy-Back Agreement contained in Schedule “D”.
