Satisfaction of Buyer. The undertaking of the Buyer to the Sellers that the Buyer is acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the Owners, the Sanctioned Plan, all the background papers described in the Devolution of Title, the right of the Sellers to enter into this Agreement and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Buyer, and the Buyer shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.
Satisfaction of Buyer. The Buyer is acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the Land Owners, right and entitlement of the Promoter/Vendor, the sanctioned plans, all the background papers, the right of the Land Owners and the Promoter/Vendor to enter into the Said Agreement, the scheme of development described in the Said Agreement and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Buyer and the negative covenants mentioned in the Said Agreement and the Buyer hereby accepts the same and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.
Satisfaction of Buyer. The undertaking of the Purchaser/Buyer to the Land Owners and the Promoter/Vendor that the Purchaser/Buyer acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the Land Owners, right and entitlement of the Promoter/Vendor in the Project Property, the sanctioned plans, all background papers, the right of the Land Owners and the Promoter/Vendor to grant this Conveyance, the scheme of development described above and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Purchaser/Buyer and the negative covenants mentioned above and/or elsewhere in this Conveyance and the Purchaser/Buyer hereby accepts the same and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.
Satisfaction of Buyer. The undertaking of the Buyer to the Owners and the Developer that the Buyer is acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the Owners, right and entitlement of the Developer in the Said Property and/or the Said Complex, the Sanctioned Plans, all the background papers, the right of the Owners and the Developer to enter into this Agreement, the scheme of development described above and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Buyer and the negative covenants mentioned above and elsewhere in this Agreement and the Buyer hereby accepts the same and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.
Satisfaction of Buyer. All actions, proceedings, resolutions, instruments and documents required to carry out this Agreement or incidental hereto and all other related matters shall have been approved on the Closing Date by Buyer in the exercise of its reasonable judgment.
Satisfaction of Buyer. The undertaking of the Buyer to the Vendor that the Buyer is acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the Vendor, the right and entitlement of the Vendor in respect of the Said Premises, the Sanctioned Plans and other approvals and permissions, all background papers, the right of the Vendor to enter into this Agreement, the scheme of development indicated above and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Buyer and the negative covenants mentioned in this Agreement and the Buyer hereby accepts the same and shall not hereafter raise any objection with regard thereto and/or make any requisitions regarding the above and the Buyer also waives the Buyer's right, if any, to do so.
Satisfaction of Buyer. The undertaking of the Buyer to the Owners and the Developer that the Buyer is acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the Owners, right and entitlement of the Developer, the Sanctioned Plans (alteration, modification and/or regularization in the sanctioned plan, lay out and construction etc.), all the background papers, the right of the Owners and the Developer to enter into this Agreement, the scheme of development described above and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Buyer and the all covenants (either to act and/or to omit) mentioned above and elsewhere in this Agreement and the Buyer hereby accepts the same and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.
Satisfaction of Buyer. All actions to be taken by each of the Sellers in connection with consummation of the contemplated transactions and documents required to effect the contemplated transactions shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Buyer;
Satisfaction of Buyer in its sole discretion, with the results of its investigation and analysis of Shareholder, Corporation, the Business, and the Assets (its "due diligence"). Such condition shall have no further effect after October 8, 1998, or, if later, completion of financial statements for Corporation for the period ending September 8, 1998 (including a balance sheet as of such date), satisfactory in form to Buyer, unless Buyer shall have notified Sellers of its disapproval of such condition on or before such date. Buyer's notification of such disapproval is hereinafter referred to as "Buyer's
Satisfaction of Buyer. All actions to be taken by the Sellers and the Company in connection with consummation of the Contemplated Transactions and all certificates, opinions, instruments, and other documents required to effect the Contemplated Transactions hereby will be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Buyer.
