Completion of Investigations. The investigations contemplated in Section 5.2 will have been completed and the Buyer will be satisfied with the results of those investigations, including the accuracy of the matters represented and warranted in Article 3.
Completion of Investigations. The investigations and assessments contemplated in section 9.3 shall have been completed and the Purchaser shall be satisfied with the result of such investigations and assessments including, without limitation, the accuracy of the Records and matters represented and warranted in Articles IV and V; (f) Consents, Authorizations and Registrations - All consents, approvals, orders and authorizations of, from or notifications to any persons or Governmental Authorities required in connection with the completion of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the execution of this Agreement, the Closing or the performance of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall have been obtained on or before the Closing Date. There shall be no injunction or order issued preventing, and no pending or threatened claim, action, litigation or proceeding, judicial or administrative, or investigation against any Party by any Governmental Authority or Person for the purpose of enjoining or preventing the consummation of this Agreement, or otherwise claiming that this Agreement or the consummation thereof is improper or would give rise to proceedings under any statute or rule of law; (g)
Completion of Investigations. The investigations and assessments contemplated in section 9.3 shall have been completed and the Lynx Shareholders shall be satisfied with the results of such investigations and assessments including, without limitation, the accuracy of the Records and matters represented and warranted in Articles VI and VII.

The investigations and assessments contemplated in section 8.6 shall have been completed and the Purchaser shall be satisfied with the result of such investigations and assessments including, without limitation, the accuracy of the Records and matters represented and warranted in Articles IV and V;

Completion of Investigations. The Sellers will have 30 Business Days from the date of this Agreement to complete investigations of the Buyer to their satisfaction, including the accuracy of the matters represented and warranted in Article 6.
Completion of Investigations. The investigations and assessments contemplated in section 7.3 shall have been completed and Nevada shall be satisfied with the results of such investigations and assessments including, without limitation, the accuracy of the Records and matters represented and warranted in Article III;
Completion of Investigations. Mansa, and its agents or representatives, shall have conducted and completed to its satisfaction, acting reasonably, a legal, business and financial due diligence investigation of the Corporation.

Completion of Investigations. In respect of the Closing, the investigations contemplated in Section 5.3 will have been completed and the Buyer will be satisfied with the results of those investigations, including the accuracy of the matters represented and warranted in Article 3. Provided that if no notice to the contrary is sent by the Buyer to the Seller in writing, this condition shall be deemed to have been satisfied at 4:30pm on July 31, 2019.
