COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC. BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of anApartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Apartmentat his/ her own cost.
COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC. BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a [Apartment/Plot] with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said [Apartment/Plot], all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the [Apartment/Plot]/ at his/ her own cost.

The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Apartment at his/her/their/its own cost.
COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC. BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this Agreement for the allotment of the said Unit with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project.
COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC. BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a residential Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications, applicable to the said Building/ Group Housing Colony in general and the said Apartment in particular. The Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any Development Authority/ Municipal Authority/ Government or any other Competent Authority in respect of the said Apartment / Building at his/ her own cost and keep the Developer indemnified, secured and harmless against all costs, consequence and all damages, arising on account of non- compliance with the said requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs.

The ALLOTTEE is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of an Apartment and Garage/Parking Space with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the ALLOTTEE hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said the Apartment and Garage/Parking Space, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Apartment and Garage/Parking Space at his/her own cost.
COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC. BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a Flat/Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she/it/they shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she/it they has/have taken over for occupation and use the said Flat/Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Flat/Apartment at his/ her/their/its own cost.
COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC. BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a Industrial/commercial plot with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this project in particular. The Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said Industrial/commercial plot, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Industrial/commercial plot / at his/ her own cost.

The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a [Unit/Apartment/Flat] along with car parking spaces (if any) with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said [Unit/Apartment/Flat], all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the [Unit/Apartment/Flat] at his/ her own cost.
