Common use of Compliance Standards Clause in Contracts

Compliance Standards. Verizon has the right to determine compliance by the Primary Supplier with the Plan and the MWDVBE Percent Commitments (hereinafter collectively the “MWDVBE Commitments”) established in this Exhibit.
