Compliance to Regulations and Bye-Laws. The Contractor shall conform to the provision of any statute relating to the work and regulations and bye- laws of any local authority and of any water and lighting Companies or Undertakings with whose system the work is proposed to be connected. He shall, before making any variation from the drawings or the specifications that may be necessitated for such connections give the Engineer–in– charge notice, specifying the variation proposed to be made and the reasons there for and shall not carry out any such variation until he has received instructions from the Engineer–in–charge in respect thereof. The contractor shall be bound to give all notice required by Statute Regulations or Bye-laws as aforesaid and to pay all fees, and taxes payable to any authority in respect thereof. CHAPTER III

  • Compliance with Texas Privacy Laws and Regulations In performing their respective obligations under the Agreement, the LEA and the Provider shall comply with all Texas laws and regulations pertaining to LEA data privacy and confidentiality, including but not limited to the Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and Texas Government Code Chapter 560.

CONTRACTOR acknowledges and understands that XXX may report to the CDE any violations of the provisions of this Master Contract; and that this may result in the suspension and/or revocation of CDE nonpublic school/agency certification pursuant to California Education Code section 56366.4(a).

  • Compliance with Rules and Regulations PFPC undertakes to comply with all applicable requirements of the Securities Laws and any laws, rules and regulations of governmental authorities having jurisdiction with respect to the duties to be performed by PFPC hereunder. Except as specifically set forth herein, PFPC assumes no responsibility for such compliance by the Fund or any other entity.
