Compliance with Confidentiality Agreement and Company Policies. As a condition of employment, you shall sign and comply with the Company’s standard form of Employee Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement (the “Confidentiality Agreement”). The Confidentiality Agreement shall be deemed fully incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Compliance with Confidentiality Agreement and Company Policies. Your signed At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment, and Arbitration Agreement (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) remains in full force and effect. In addition, you are required to abide by the Company’s policies and procedures, as modified from time to time within the Company’s discretion (including without limitation, acknowledging in writing that you have read and will comply with any applicable Company Employee Handbook); provided, however, that in the event the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with the Company’s general employment policies or practices, this Agreement shall control.
