COMPLIANCE WITH ETHICAL STANDARDS. Subrecipient acknowledges review of the written code of minimum ethical standards of conduct (available at: xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/education/factsheets/ethicslaw.pdf), which are effective April 2020, and agrees to comply therewith.
A. Subrecipient will refrain from promising or giving to any County employee anything of value.
B. Subrecipient agrees that it will not solicit any County employee to violate the agency's written code of minimum ethical standards of conduct or Sections 102.03, 102.04, 2921.42 or 2921.43 of the Ohio Revised Code.
C. Subrecipient will refrain from and avoid all conflicts of interest, direct or indirect, in all its dealings and involvement with the County.
D. Subrecipient will promptly notify the County of any newly arising conflicts of interest or potential violations of state ethics laws.
E. Subrecipient certifies that it is in compliance with, and will maintain compliance with, the requirements of Sections 102.03, 102.04, 2921.42 and 2921.43 of the Ohio Revised Code and all portions of the Agency's written code of minimum ethical standards of conduct, which are applicable to Subrecipient.
F. Subrecipient affirms that no federal funds paid to Subrecipient through this Contract or any other agreement have been or will be used to lobby Congress or any federal agency in conjunction with a particular contract, grant, cooperative agreement or loan. Subrecipient further affirms compliance with all federal lobbying restrictions, include 31 USC 1352. If this Contract exceeds One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 ($100,000.00), Subrecipient affirms that it has executed and filed the Disclosure of Lobbying Activities standard form LLL, if required by federal regulations.
G. Subrecipient certifies compliance with the Ohio executive agency lobbying restrictions contained in ORC 121.60 to 121.69.
H. This Article 41 shall also apply to any subcontractors engaged by Subrecipient and shall be included in the subcontract between Subrecipient and subcontractor.
