Compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act. Pro-Fac agrees that all of the crops delivered pursuant to this Agreement will be produced and delivered in compliance with all applicable standards of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended.

Compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act. Each Obligor shall comply in all material respects with all provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act as set forth in Sections 201 through 219 of Title 29 of the United States Code.
