Compliance with guidelines, etc. You agree to comply with any and all guidelines, notices, rules and policies pertaining to the use and/or access of the Channels and/or the Content, as well as any amendments to the aforementioned, issued by us from time to time. We reserve the right to revise these guidelines, notices, rules and policies at any time and such changes will be published here and effective and binding on you upon publication or such other timing as the Exchange may specify in writing.

  • Compliance with Policies Each Individual Limited Partner hereby agrees that he shall comply with all policies and procedures adopted by any member of the Och-Ziff Group or which Limited Partners are required to observe by law, or by any recognized stock exchange, or other regulatory body or authority.
