Compliance with Prevailing Wage Laws. All complaints regarding possible prevailing wage violations may be referred to the Project Labor Coordinator or Labor Compliance Program, if any, for processing, investigation and resolution, and if not resolved within thirty (30) calendar days, may be referred by any Party to the State Labor Commissioner.
