Composition and responsibilities of the Project Board. 3.2.1.1 Within 30 days after signature of this CA, or the Effective Date, whichever comes later, the Parties shall establish the Project Board composed of one duly authorised representative of each of them, whose name and contact details have to be communicated in writing to the chairperson of the Technical Board. After having informed the chairperson of the Project Board in writing, each Party shall have the right to replace its representative and/or to appoint a proxy, although it shall use reasonable endeavours to maintain the continuity of its representation. The chairperson of the Project Board will inform the other Parties of any such replacement of a representative and/or appointment of a proxy. Each representative shall have a deputy.
