Purpose and General Provisions. A party, or parties, and the ISO, having a dispute involving service under the ISO Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”) or the Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), ISO Procedures, or any Agreement entered into under either Tariff, may utilize the provisions of this Section 11 for resolution. The purpose of the dispute resolution processes provided herein is to avoid litigation when possible, and to pursue resolution of the dispute in the most cost-effective and prompt method possible. Nothing herein restricts the rights of any party or the ISO to file a complaint or seek any other remedy from the Commission under the relevant provisions of the Federal Power Act.

Purpose and General Provisions. (1) This Section is adopted for the purpose of preserving and promoting the public health of residents and preventing the continuance of Human Health Hazards. (2) No Person shall erect, construe, cause, continue, maintain or permit any Human Health Hazards. Any Person who shall cause, create or maintain a Human Health Hazard or who shall in any way aid or contribute to the creation or maintenance thereof shall be guilty of a violation of this Section, and shall be liable for all costs and expenses attendant upon the abatement or removal of such hazards and subject to penalties provided in this Section. (3) It shall be the joint responsibility of the Owner and Occupant of a Dwelling or Dwelling Unit to maintain their property in a manner which complies with this Code and any applicable state and federal laws. (4) This Section does not prohibit the following activities so long as they are conducted in accordance with the applicable ordinance or State Statute: the sanitary operation of licensed junkyards; or the storage and accumulation of ashes and effuse by industrial establishments which maintain adequate and sanitary facilities and the space for the accumulation and storage of such materials.

Purpose and General Provisions. The purpose of this CA is to: (a) specify the organisation of the Project-related work between the Parties; (b) organise the management of the Project; (c) define rights and obligations of the Parties, including, but not limited to, their liability and indemnification; (d) supplement the provisions of the GA concerning Access Rights; and (e) set out other rights and obligations of the Parties supplementing but not conflicting with those of the GA.
Purpose and General Provisions. 2.1 The Company is preparing an initial public offering of American Depositary Shares to be listed on the NASDAQ Global Market, New York (the “IPO”). Correspondingly, the members of the Board and the Company shall give full effect to this Agreement. 2.4 Each of the Parties shall at its own cost, on being reasonably required to do so by any of the other Parties, perform, or procure the performance of, all further acts, and execute and deliver, or procure the execution and delivery, of all documents which the requesting Party may reasonably consider necessary or desirable for giving full effect to this Agreement or for securing the full benefit of the rights, powers and remedies given to the Parties under this Agreement.
