Composition of Negotiating Teams. A. There shall be no more than seven (7) members on the Association's negotiating team at the table at any given time. Only one of the Association's negotiating team may be a staff representative of the Association's State or National affiliate. All other members of the Association's negotiating team shall be members of the bargaining unit. Another professional consultant employed by the Association, and not counted in the seven (7) member maximum may participate in negotiations provided at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is given to the Board’s lead negotiator via email or telephone call.
