Compost Requirements. CONTRACTOR shall ensure, and document to the satisfaction of the 22 City Representative, that at least fifty percent (50%) by weight, calculated on an 23 annual basis, of the YT collected pursuant to this Agreement is composted such 24 that the resulting compost has undergone the Process to Further Reduce 25 Pathogens (PFRP) as outlined in “Standards for the Use and Disposal of Sewage 26 Sludge”, 40 Code of Federal Regulations Part 503 dated August 4, 1999, 00 Xxxxxxxx X to Part 503-Pathogen Treatment process, Section B, and has been 28 composted for at least thirty (30) days.

  • Support Requirements If there is a dispute between the awarded vendor and TIPS Member, TIPS or its representatives may assist, at TIPS sole discretion, in conflict resolution or third party (mandatory mediation), if requested by either party.
