Property insurance shall contain a waiver an/or a permission to waive by the insurer any right of subrogation against Landlord, its principal, employees, agents and contractors which might arise by reason of any payment under such policy or by reason of any act or omission of Landlord, its principals, employees, agents or contractors. Prior to the time Tenant or any of its contractors enters the Leased Premises, Tenant shall deliver to the Landlord with respect to each policy of insurance required to be carried by Tenant

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.
