Computer Diskette. Upon request of the Insurer, the Servicer will deliver to the Insurer on a quarterly basis a computer diskette containing a summary of the information provided to the Insurer pursuant to clause (iii) of this Section 2.02(c) and also containing information similar to the information provided in the Schedule of Receivables and any supplements delivered to the Trust Collateral Agent and the Backup Servicer pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement and described in Schedule A of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Computer Diskette. Beginning in April, 1999, the Servicer will deliver to the Surety Provider on a quarterly basis in electronic form reasonably acceptable to the Surety Provider a quarterly summary of the information provided to the Surety Provider pursuant to the second sentence of clause (ii) of this Section 2.02(c) and also containing the information provided in the Schedule of Receivables delivered to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Warehouse Loan Agreement and described in Schedule A of each Funding Request with respect to the preceding calendar quarterly period.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.
