Computer Processing Services Sample Clauses
Computer Processing Services. Infocrossing shall provide Customer with the Services as set forth in one or more work orders mutually agreed to and signed by the parties from time to time and specifically referencing this Agreement (“Work Order”). All Work Orders must be signed by an authorized representative of each party. Each Work Order shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Computer Processing Services. The ACE*COMM Data Center ("Data Center") shall provide Customer with the computer processing services described in the Schedule of Processing Services (the "Processing Services") to process Customer's internal information (the "Data"), which may include internal information of Customer's parent, subsidiary or other affiliate controlled by any of the foregoing, in accordance with Section 2(d) ("Performance Goals") and this Agreement. The Data Center will provide the Processing Services from its data processing Data Center located in Gaithersburg, Maryland (the "Processing ACE*COMM Data Center"), at the prices set forth in Section 4 ("Service Fees & Other Charges").
