Computer Programs and Models. Computer programmes, mathematical models of any type (e.g. closed-form, worksheets, XML, CAD/CAE) and HDL models developed or procured under the contract shall be a deliverable, unless the Agency agrees otherwise in writing. Re- used or proprietary software embedded in the deliverable product and required for its correct functioning shall also be deliverable.

Not Applicable The Commercial Evaluation is a report containing an analysis and evaluation of the potential in the space market of the output (products) of the Contract. The report shall identify the maturity of the output of the subject activity with respect to the market and, if applicable, describe the required additional work and the level of funding required for the product to reach a marketable level.
