Computer Viruses. The Coinbase Entities shall not have any liability, obligation, or responsibility whatsoever for any damage or interruptions caused by any computer viruses, spyware, scareware, Trojan horses, worms or other malware that may affect Client’s computer or other equipment, or any phishing, spoofing or other attack, unless such damage or interruption directly resulted from the Coinbase Entities’ gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct. Client agrees to access and use its Prime Broker Account through the Coinbase Prime Broker Site to review any Orders, deposits or withdrawals or required actions to confirm the authenticity of any communication or notice from the Coinbase Entities.

Computer Viruses. Trust Company shall not bear any liability, whatsoever, for any damage or interruptions caused by any computer viruses, spyware, scareware, Trojan horses, worms or other malware that may affect Client’s computer or other equipment, or any phishing, spoofing or other attack, unless such damage or interruption originated from Trust Company due to its gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct or breach of this Agreement. Computer Viruses. All files downloaded from the Internet, received via e-mail or on removable media such as a memory stick, must be checked for any viruses using school provided anti- virus software before being used. • Never interfere with any anti-virus software installed on school ICT equipment that you use. • If your machine is not routinely connected to the school network, you must make provision for regular virus updates through the Network Manager. • If you suspect there may be a virus on any school ICT equipment, stop using the equipment and contact the Network Manager immediately. The Network Manager will advise you what actions to take and be responsible for advising others that need to know.
