Con Edison Representatives. Con Edison shall designate an individual or individuals who have authority to bind Con Edison hereunder and Generator shall be entitled to rely upon such designation. Con Edison shall also designate an individual or individuals who will be available at the Con Edison's Energy Control Center 365 days per year and 24 hours per day and shall be empowered by Con Edison to make operational decisions hereunder on Con Edison's behalf (“Con Edison Senior System Operator”). Generator shall also be entitled to rely on statements, actions and decisions of the Con Edison Senior System Operator as those of Con Edison, unless Con Edison specifies otherwise in writing with respect to certain events.
