Union Representatives. Where possible, advance notice will be given to the Company so an authorized representative of the Union shall be permitted to visit any production location or site during the hours when Employees are working, provided work is not disrupted and the representative complies with the reasonable and generally applied visitor and security rules as established by the Company.

Union Representatives. A Union representative is defined as:
Union Representatives as used in this Article, means any employee representing the exclusive representative (in this case as a duly designated NTEU Union representative).
