Concentrated Negotiations. A. Location Concentrated negotiations should be held in a location where participants have no other responsibility other than negotiations (e.g., Salt Fork Lodge and Xxxxxx, etc.). The location should have sufficient rooms available to allow for individual parish (local level) negotiations to take place. Concentrated negotiations should be held in early November. Negotiations should be scheduled over a two (2) day period.
