Common use of Concentrated Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Concentrated Negotiations. In the event that the parties have not reached an agreement by May 1, 2019, the parties shall enter into a period of concentrated negotiations (not less than 15 meetings prior to the start of the next academic year) with the intent of reaching accord on a successor Agreement prior to graduation.
