Common use of Concept Plan Clause in Contracts

Concept Plan. Prior to September 1, 2019, Developer shall submit a Concept Plan to RDA for approval, which shall be based on, but may differ in minor respects from the Preliminary Concept Plan presented in the Term Sheet. The Concept Plan shall clearly identify: 1. The location of a potential Legends District gateway sign and/or artwork, as approved by the Developer. 2. A potential future building footprint on the southern portion of the Property.
