Concerns. 19.1 Concerns about treatment funded through the Joint Committee arrangements Concerns notified about care and treatment will be dealt with by the organisation providing the treatment. Concerns will be considered under The National Health Service (Concerns, Complaints and Redress Arrangements) (Wales) Regulations 2011. Provider organisations must, as part of the contractual agreement, advise the LHB in which the patient lives that a complaint has been made and the LHB will ensure that this is reviewed in conjunction with the Quality and Patient Safety Sub Committee.
