Concession Deed. In this Lease any word, expression, reference or term used which is defined in the Concession Deed and is not specifically defined in Part 1 (Definitions) of Schedule 1 (Definitions and interpretation) will, unless the context requires otherwise, have the same meaning in this Lease as in the Concession Deed.

  • Concession Fee In consideration of the grant of Concession, the Concessionaire shall pay to the Authority by way of concession fee (the “Concession Fee”) a sum of Re. 1 (Rupee one) per annum.
