Concession Fee Obligation. CONCESSIONAIRE acknowledges and agrees that its Concession Fee payable to the TRUST under this Agreement is for the grant of concession rights at the Airport, and that this payment does not reflect a fee that is imposed by the TRUST upon customers renting vehicles from CONCESSIONAIRE. CONCESSIONAIRE shall have the right to conduct all or part of its Rental Car Business on a credit basis, provided that the risk of such operations shall be borne solely by CONCESSIONAIRE, and CONCESSIONAIRE shall pay Concession Fees on such credited amounts and report all income, both cash and credit, in a monthly statement to TRUST. The Concession Fee shall be reported separately from other fees required under this Agreement and is subject to the reporting requirements set forth in Article 8.
