CONCESSIONAIRE'S EQUIPMENT. The Concessionaire will provide all other necessary equipment to furnish the services described upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the bid specifications, which specifications are incorporated herein by reference. The Concessionaire will be directly responsible for purchasing food supplies and all items included in this agreement. All signs and promotional materials shall receive prior approval from the Superintendent of Recreation.
CONCESSIONAIRE'S EQUIPMENT. Concessionaire's Equipment" shall mean all equipment, apparatus, machinery, signs, furnishings, trade fixtures and other non-affixed personal property installed by Concessionaire and used in the operation of the business of Concessionaire (as distinguished from the use and operation of the Concession Space.)
