Concessionaire’s License to Enter Land. (a) For the periods referred to in Section 8.2(a) in respect of the Site and for the periods referred to in Section 8.3(a) in respect of the Managed Lanes, HTPE hereby grants to the Concessionaire for the Contract Period, subject to the conditions and terms hereafter contained, a non-exclusive license over, under, upon the Site, the I-25 Managed Lanes, the Phase 1 Managed Lanes, the Phase 2 Managed Lanes, and the US 36 General Purpose Lanes respectively for the purpose of exercising its rights and performing its obligations under this Contract in accordance with the terms of this Contract. Such license shall automatically revoke upon a termination of this Contract for any reason. The Concessionaire shall also have the right to issue sub-licenses to sub-contractors as necessary to carry out the obligations under this Contract. The license granted by this Section 8 is free of any Encumbrances save for the Permitted Encumbrances. The Concessionaire’s interest is limited to the license granted by this Section 8 and this Contract does not grant and is not intended to grant any fee simple, leasehold estate, easement or any real property interest of any kind in or to the Site or the Managed Lanes.

  • Concessionaire’s waiver The Concessionaire hereby further releases, assigns and waives any and all rights of subrogation or recovery against, inter alia, the Authority and its assigns, undertakings and their subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, successors, insurers and underwriters, which the Concessionaire may otherwise have or acquire in or from or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by policies of insurance maintained or required to be maintained by the Concessionaire pursuant to this Agreement (other than third party liability insurance policies) or because of deductible clauses in or inadequacy of limits of any such policies of insurance.

  • B7 Licence to Occupy Premises B7.1 Any land or Premises made available from time to time to the Contractor by the Authority in connection with the Contract shall be on a non-exclusive licence basis free of charge and shall be used by the Contractor solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under the Contract. The Contractor shall have the use of such land or Premises as licensee and shall vacate the same on completion, termination or abandonment of the Contract.

  • Vendor License to Use Customer hereby grants to Vendor a non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use any Work Product solely as necessary to provide the Services to Customer. AS AGENT FOR BUYER/TENANT: The broker becomes the buyer/tenant's agent by agreeing to represent the buyer, usually through a written representation agreement.   • Developer License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for the number of Developer(s) indicated in the Order Form to install the Software on any number of Machines in order to internally use the Software to create, develop and test Applications. For clarity, a single Software license may be re-allocated to another Developer in the event that the original Developer is no longer employed by you or has been assigned to a new role where access to the Software will no longer be required on a permanent basis.
