Common use of Concluding Statement Clause in Contracts

Concluding Statement. 22-1. The provisions of this contract shall become effective July 1, 2018, and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2020. Negotiations shall be reopened on or about March 1 every negotiating year, to discuss mutually agreed upon issues. Subsequent agreements shall be effective July 1 through June 30 of any given fiscal year.
