Parking Arrangements Sample Clauses

Parking Arrangements. The parking of vehicles including motor vehicles, motorcycles, scooters and bicycles in the parking areas in the Building and surrounding the Building shall be the subject of a separate arrangement or licence (if any) between the Landlord and the Tenant and shall not be deemed or construed as forming part of this tenancy.
Parking Arrangements. Lessor shall maintain parking facilities adjacent to the building for the purpose of accommodating Lessee and Lessee's visitors and employees. No specific parking spaces or number of parking spaces shall be assigned by Lessor to Lessee.
Parking Arrangements. (a) Subject to all of the terms, provisions, covenants and conditions contained in this Lease, Tenant shall have the right to utilize in the parking facility 18 reserved parking spaces and 106 unreserved parking spaces which parking facility shall provide for the use of tenants of the Building and such other people that Landlord decides to lease such parking spaces to in Landlord’s sole discretion. Such parking spaces shall be at no additional charge to Tenant over the initial term of the lease. Tenant shall have the right to purchase an additional 2 unreserved parking spaces per 1,000 square feet at our current promotional rate of $77.00 per month, per space plus all applicable sales tax; however, Landlord may, in Landlord’s commercially reasonable discretion, adjust said monthly parking rate based on current market parking rates for the downtown area. The Rent for parking spaces is payable in advance on the first day of each month throughout the Term of this Lease. The Rent for such parking space(s) shall be deemed Additional Rental payable in the same manner as Rent set forth in this Lease and shall be subject to all of the terms, provisions, conditions and covenants of this Lease including, but not limited to, any provisions pertaining to late charges and Default. (b) Tenant’s right to use, and its right to permit its principals, employees, contractors, and guests to use, the Parking Areas are subject to the following conditions: (i) Landlord reserves the right to change the access to the Parking Areas, provided that some manner of reasonable access to the Parking Areas remains after such change; and such change shall not entitle Tenant to any claim against Landlord or to any abatement of Rent; (ii) Landlord has no obligation to provide security or a parking lot attendant and Landlord shall have no liability on account of any loss or damage to any vehicle or the contents thereof, or any personal injury, property damage, or other tort liability suffered by Tenant, its employees, agents, or contractors, Tenant agreeing to bear the risk of loss for same; (iii) if and when so requested by Landlord, Tenant shall furnish Landlord with the license numbers and descriptions of any vehicles of Tenant, its principals, employees, agents and contractors.
Parking ArrangementsLandlord shall maintain unreserved parking spaces for use by Tenant and Tenant's invitees and employees, in such amount or ratio as is in compliance with the zoning for the Property, as may be modified from time to time, and Tenant (and Tenant's guests and employees) shall only be entitled to use that amount of parking spaces (determined on a parking space per square foot leased basis). Such parking shall be available subject to the limitations and conditions from time to time imposed by Landlord. Said parking shall be maintained on the Property or on areas located in the vicinity of the Property.
Parking Arrangements. Sublessor shall maintain parking spaces on the Property for use by Sublessee and Sublessee's invitees and employees, on an unreserved and non-exclusive basis in the ratio 4.0 parking passes per 1000 rentable square feet of office space leased by Sublessee, and Sublessee shall use no more than said amount of parking spaces. Such parking shall be available subject to the limitations and conditions from time to time imposed by Sublessor.

This provides a total of 69 parking spaces with capacity for an additional 20 vehicles in the drop-off bays. For infrequent larger events, the hard play area near the Chislehurst Road entrance shall also be made available for overspill parking.
Parking Arrangements. Paragraph 35 of the Sublease is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted therefor: Sublessee shall be entitled to 2 parking passes per 1,000 rentable square feet of data center space and 4 parking passes per 1,000 rentable square feet of office space (including Temporary Office Space during the term of the Sublease for the Temporary Office Space) and Sublessee shall use no more than said amount of parking passes.

Parking Arrangements. 5.1 Car parking spaces shall be available for community users to park on Uplands Community College site outside of core school hours. 5.2 Uplands Community College and Uplands Sports Centre will direct staff and 6th form students to use the car parks during the core school day. The car park adjacent to the Astro Turf facility will be a long stay car park and the car park at the front entrance will be the short stay and overflow car park. It is the responsibility of Uplands Community College to monitor the appropriate usage of their car parks. 5.3 The car park adjacent to the Astro Turf shall be locked every evening at the same time as the Muga/Astro Turf as per the agreed hours of access

Hirers and community users will be advised that they should, in the first instance, use the on-site parking and if none is available they should park respectfully and not across driveways or in a manner which would cause a nuisance/danger to highway users. The school will make it clear to hirers and community users that there are a variety of public transportation options available via Xxxxxxx Station and bus stops along Xxxxxxx Road. Users will be directed to TFL for timetables and services.
