Common use of Conclusion of Probationary Period Clause in Contracts

Conclusion of Probationary Period. At the end of the probationary period, the supervisor shall recommend to the Director of Personnel one of the following actions. 1. That the employee has demonstrated sufficient improvement in the areas of deficiency stated in the employee’s Letter of Probation to justify the removal of the probationary status; or 2. That the employee has not demonstrated sufficient improvement in the areas of deficiency stated in the employee’s Letter of Probation and action should be taken to terminate the employee.
