CONDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FOR PET. The Lease covering the Premises provides that no pets are permitted on or about the Premises without Management’s prior written consent. Any pet may be rejected by Management for any reason Management deems appropriate. Management reserves the right to deny an Application for Permission to have a Pet or Pet Agreement due to an animal, breed, or animal mixed with a breed with a history of aggressive behavior. Residents are hereby authorized to keep a pet, which is described below, on the Premises of the above dwelling unit until the above-described Lease expires. Authorization may be terminated sooner if Residents’ right of occupancy is lawfully terminated or if the pet rules listed below are violated in any way by Residents or Residents’ guests or occupants.
CONDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FOR PET. Tenant is hereby authorized to keep a Pet, which is described below on the premises of the above dwelling unit until the above-described lease agreement expires. Authorization may be terminated sooner if Tenant’s right to occupancy is lawfully terminated or if the Pet rules listed below are violated by Tenant(s) or Tenants’ guest or occupants. Tenant or Tenant’s guest or occupants shall permit no other Pet on the premises.
CONDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FOR PET. You may keep the pet that is described below in the apartment until Dwelling Lease is terminated. Management may terminate this authorization sooner if your right of occupancy is lawfully terminated or if you or your pet, your guests, or any member of your household violate any of the rules contained in the Authority’s Pet Policy or this Agreement.
CONDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FOR PET. Tenant is hereby authorized to keep only the pet(s) which are described below in section 5, in the premises until the Lease Agreement (entered into this date or hereafter) expires. Authorization to have a pet may be terminated sooner if Xxxxxx’s right of occupancy is lawfully terminated or if the pet rules below are violated in any way by Tenant or Tenant’s family, guests or invitees.
CONDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FOR PET. Tenant agrees to the following terms and conditions for the following described pet. No other pet shall be permitted on the premises by TENANT or guests unless TENANT receives written permission from the Management Office. One (1) Pet Agreement is required per pet. Two (2) pets max.
CONDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FOR PET. Resident may keep the pet that is described below in the Premises until the Rental Agreement expires. However, Landlord may terminate this authorization sooner if (a) Resident’s tenancy is lawfully terminated, or (b) Resident, Resident’s pet, Resident’s guests, and/or any occupant violate any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Addendum.
CONDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FOR PET. You may keep the pet that is described below in the dwelling until the Occupancy Agreement expires or terminates. But we may terminate this authorization sooner if your right of occupancy is lawfully terminated or if in our judgment you and your pet, your guests, or any occupant violates any of the rules in this Addendum.
