AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR Clause Samples
The AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR clause defines expectations and restrictions regarding conduct that is considered hostile, threatening, or disruptive within the context of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines specific actions or behaviors that are deemed unacceptable, such as verbal abuse, physical intimidation, or harassment, and may apply to employees, contractors, or visitors. Its core function is to maintain a safe and respectful environment by providing clear standards of behavior and establishing grounds for disciplinary action or termination if such conduct occurs.
AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR. There will be an additional charge of at least $15.00 per day added to your bill if your pet(s) is determined to be aggressive, difficult to handle or requires extraordinary private time. If we are unable to handle your pet(s) we reserve the right to demand that you make alternate care arrangements for your pet immediately. I understand that I am liable for any medical expenses incurred by a staff member or damages that result from injuries caused by my dog.
AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR. To protect the health and well-being of pets, our staff and clients RDBC reserves the right to alter, refuse or cancel services if: • Your pup displays aggressive or destructive behavior • Your pup has any history of aggressive or destructive behavior You are required to control your pup at all times, on a leash or in a carrier, when entering and leaving any RDBC Property. The Company has fully explained that since the outcome of any training/counseling program cannot be guaranteed and the aggressive behavior on the part of my dog(s) is or may become a risk to people and/or dogs, my decision to enroll in a training program is done solely and completely at my discretion with me taking 100% responsibility for any damage my dog(s) might cause to anybody during or after the training program. The Company is only obligated to give 1 free make-up lesson(s) due to owner postponements. Provided the owner has pre-purchased a block of lessons, after 1st postponement, each additional owner postponement will count as one of the remaining lessons owed to the owner. Additional make up lessons may be purchased at $ 35.00 per lesson. The owner understands and agrees that failure to give the company twenty-four hours notice of a lesson cancellation will result in the Company counting said failure as a completed lesson with the full amount owed by the owner to the Company for said lesson. AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR. When the Employer is aware that a resident has a history of aggressive behaviour, the Employer will make such information available to the employee.
AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR. (a) Aggressive behaviour means the attempted or actual exercise by a person of any physical force so as to cause injury to an employee, and includes any threatening statement or behaviour which gives an employee reasonable cause to believe that the employee is at risk of injury.
(b) Employees who may be at risk from aggressive behaviour will be given instruction by the Employer on how to respond to aggressive behaviour. Where the Employer is aware of the realistic prospect of aggressive behaviour, it will take appropriate precautions.
(c) Critical incident stress defusing shall be made available and known to employees who have suffered a serious work related traumatic incident of an unusual nature. Leave to attend such a session will be without loss of pay.

I understand that Dawgs in Motion does not promise to solve or curtail any aggressive behavior from my pet(s). I further agree to take all possible safety measures recommended by my trainer, including but not limited to muzzling and leashing my pet(s) when around other animals, and/or other people or property. I also understand that if my pet is displaying aggressive behavior that poses a safety risk, my trainer may terminate the session at any time and may decline future training sessions.
