Conditions During and Upon Completion of Leaves. An employee who is granted an unpaid leave of absence as per this Article shall receive no wages or fringe benefits during the unpaid leave of absence. During this unpaid leave of absence, the employee shall accumulate seniority, and upon completion of the leave, and upon the employee returning to work, the employee shall be entitled to resume their regular seniority status, and all job and recall rights.
