Instructions for Operators This agreement is intended to be provided to an Operator from a LEA. CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

Deductions for Uncorrected Work If the Design Professional and Owner deem it inexpedient to correct work injured or done not in accordance with the contract, an equitable deduction from the contract price shall be made therefore and confirmed by execution of a lump sum Change Order. There is no duty on the part of the Owner, however, to accept any work injured or done not in accordance with the methods and materials designated in the contract documents, nor does the Contractor have the right to demand that there shall be acceptance of work injured or done not in accordance with the methods and materials designated in the Contract Documents.
Training Conditions 3.1 The Trainee shall attend an approved training course or training program prescribed in the Training Agreement or as notified to the trainee by the relevant State or Territory Training Authority in accredited and relevant Traineeship Schemes.
GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.
