Conditions of Practice. 8.1. Teacher Instructional and Assignable Time 8.1.1. Effective until August 31, 2022, teacher instructional time will be capped at 907 hours per school year commencing the 2017-2018 school year 8.1.1. Effective September 1, 2022, teacher instructional time will be capped at 916 hours per school year commencing the 2022-2023 school year. 8.1.2. Teacher assignable time will be capped at 1200 hours per school year.
