Conditions Precedent and Subsequent to Agreement’s Effectiveness. It shall be a condition precedent to this Agreement’s effectiveness that: (i) it first be approved by the Board of Supervisors as evidenced by the signature of the County Administrator on behalf of the Owner on the signature pages hereof and (ii) that the County Administrator indicates in writing that the County has sufficient funding to fully fund the Project.
